Confidential Data Sharing Agreement

This agreement is made between the Renewable Energy or Energy-Efficient Material Company (referred to as the “Partnership Company”) and Elite for Energy Company (referred to as “E4E”).

Recitals:

E4E will represent the Partnership Company’s data on www.e4e.ca, including but not limited to:

  1. A) The description and resume of the company
    B) The products and catalog
    C) The contact information
    D) The documents and photos of the projects
    E) The detailed engineering/construction articles and information
    F) Any other information required by the Partnership Company for inclusion in their profile on the E4E website.

The Partnership Company seeks to send/upload this data, gaining complete access to their profile and uploaded data on the E4E website. This facilitates connection with construction clients and individuals interested in their services.

Agreement:

  1. Transfer of Data to E4E:
    • E4E will collaborate with Partnership Company personnel to facilitate the transfer of the current company’s data to be uploaded on the E4E website.
    • The Partnership Company retains ownership of the data.
  2. Use/Disclosure of Data:
    • E4E shall use the data solely for the purposes stated in the recitals.
    • E4E will not use or disclose the data for any purpose other than agreed upon by both parties.
  3. Data Security:
    • E4E shall implement appropriate safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of the dataset beyond the agreement’s scope.
  4. Term and Termination:
    • The initial term is three (3) months from the effective date of making the profile, with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement.
    • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
    • The Partnership Company may terminate immediately in case of E4E’s material breach.
  5. Amendments:
    • The agreement may only be amended in writing with mutual consent.
  6. Commissions:
    • After three (3) months, E4E will charge a 5% transaction commission on certain client contracts. Additionally, there will be a monthly listing fee of 50 CA$, and upon demand, a profile sponsorship fee of 50 CA$.

User Agreement

Your access to our services, including our website (“www.e4e.ca“), provided by Elite4Energy company, is subject to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility:
  • By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old as of your first access.
  1. Ownership of Content:
  • You understand that e4e owns the content on the website, and you agree not to distribute our content without our explicit consent.
  1. Account Security:
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Notify us immediately if there is unauthorized use of your account.
  1. User Interactions:
  • You are responsible for the interactions you have with other users of our services.
  1. User-Generated Content:
  • The reviews and opinions expressed by our users are their own. We reserve the right to remove content if deemed necessary.
  1. Content Posting:
  • You agree not to post plagiarized, inappropriate, illegal content or links to other websites. Content that may harm someone is strictly prohibited.
